Free delivery from £50
Free delivery is available from £50 on eligible orders in our domestic shipping zone. The minimum is £50, including exactly £50. Pickup-only items are excluded. Check the delivery options at checkout before placing your order.
Delivery services and charges
Delivery charges below the free-delivery threshold depend on the items, weight and destination. Where available, Standard and Express services are shown at checkout with their current prices. There is no single flat delivery price for every order.
Our shipping policy states that deliveries outside the local same-day area are dispatched on the next working day. Dispatch is not the same as arrival. Delivery time depends on the service and destination; if you need an item by a particular date, call 020 8702 8080 before ordering.
