Returns & Refunds Policy
At APM Plumbing & Electrical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
You can return most unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are:
- In original, unopened packaging
- Unused and in resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Return

- We'll provide a returns authorisation and instructions
- Return the item to either of our stores, or ship it back to us
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Cut cable or pipe (sold by the metre)
- Special order items
- Electrical items that have been installed
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
